Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how Fix2Spares processes domestic and international orders for industrial, IT, electronics, machinery, vehicle, healthcare, and repair-related spare parts.
1. Processing and Verification
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation and any required availability, compatibility, export, address, or fraud verification. Specialty, imported, refurbished, fragile, or high-value parts may require additional handling time. We will contact you if dispatch needs further information or approval.
2. Destinations and Serviceability
We ship within India and to international destinations where a suitable carrier and lawful service are available. Serviceability depends on the exact postal code, package dimensions, commodity, declared value, destination rules, and active courier services. An order may require a manual quote or cancellation and refund if no compliant service is available.
3. Domestic Shipping Charges
Standard shipping within India is ₹200 excluding applicable GST for each started 5 kg product-weight slab. An order up to 5 kg is ₹200; above 5 kg and up to 10 kg is ₹400; above 10 kg and up to 15 kg is ₹600. Shiprocket may apply its final packed and volumetric measurements when the shipment is booked.
4. International Shipping Charges
International shipping is provisionally charged at ₹2,499 for each started 5 kg chargeable-weight slab. A parcel above 5 kg and up to 10 kg is ₹4,998; above 10 kg and up to 15 kg is ₹7,497. The final charge may require confirmation for remote areas, oversized parcels, restricted commodities, special handling, insurance, fuel surcharge, or carrier price changes.
5. Chargeable Weight
Couriers normally charge the higher of actual packed weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is calculated from the final package length, width, and height using the carrier’s divisor. Product dimensions alone may not represent the final packed dimensions.
6. Delivery Estimates
Standard delivery within India is estimated at 0-7 days after dispatch. International transit varies by destination, courier, customs, documentation, weather, and public holidays. All delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless a written service commitment expressly states otherwise.
7. Customs, Duties, and Import Requirements
International recipients are responsible for providing accurate identity, tax, import, and customs information. Import duties, taxes, brokerage, inspections, storage, clearance, or destination charges are payable by the recipient unless Fix2Spares expressly confirms a duty-paid service in writing. Customs may open, inspect, delay, return, or confiscate a shipment under local law.
8. Courier Partners and Tracking
Shipments may be booked through Shiprocket or directly with courier partners. Tracking becomes available after the carrier accepts or scans the parcel. Tracking events are supplied by the carrier and may not update continuously.
9. Address, Delivery Attempts, and Returns
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address, postal code, email, and reachable phone number. Re-delivery, address correction, return-to-origin, storage, customs, or reshipment costs caused by incorrect details, refusal, or missed delivery may be charged where lawful.
10. Damage, Loss, or Missing Items
Inspect the package promptly. If it is damaged, opened, or missing items, keep all packaging and contact spares@fix2spares.com promptly with the order number, shipping label, photos, and an unboxing video where available. Carrier claims are subject to their evidence and reporting deadlines.
11. Contact
