These Terms and Conditions govern access to fix2spares.com and purchases from Fix2Spares. By using the website, creating an account, placing an order, or submitting a repair request, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity.

2. Website Use and Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep account and tracking credentials secure. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, interfere with service availability, or use information from the website in a misleading or fraudulent manner.
3. Product Information and Compatibility
- Part numbers, specifications, compatibility notes, condition descriptions, and images are provided to help identify products.
- Customers are responsible for confirming model, part number, electrical rating, dimensions, and intended application before ordering.
- Refurbished, used, imported, discontinued, or specialty parts may show reasonable signs of prior use, storage, testing, or handling where disclosed.
- Availability can change before an order is accepted, particularly for rare and special-order components.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices, currency, GST, shipping, and other applicable charges are shown at checkout or communicated in a written quotation. Indian orders may include GST at the applicable rate. International customers may separately owe import duties, taxes, brokerage, or local charges. Payment must be authorized before fulfilment unless written credit terms apply.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
An order acknowledgement is not final acceptance. Fix2Spares may verify availability, compatibility, address, payment, export eligibility, or shipping details before dispatch. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled, contains an obvious pricing error, fails verification, or is unavailable. A customer cancellation may not be possible after procurement, customization, installation, or dispatch has begun.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, customs, weather, public holidays, incomplete addresses, regulatory checks, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Product Warranty
Product returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Any product-specific warranty will be stated on the product page, quotation, invoice, or written communication. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. Repair Services
Repair requests, diagnosis, estimates, approvals, customer equipment, data, collection, and repair warranty are governed by the Repair Terms and Conditions. A repair form submission is a request for assessment and does not by itself guarantee repairability, price, or completion date.
9. Communications
You agree that transactional communications may be sent by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or the secure repair portal when needed to process an order, delivery, return, repair, or support request. Marketing communications are handled separately and can be opted out of where applicable.
10. Intellectual Property
Website branding, original text, layout, and other protected material may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party product names and marks remain the property of their respective owners and may be used only for identification.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fix2Spares is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, production downtime, lost profit, or data loss resulting from misuse, incompatible installation, unauthorized modification, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our responsibility for a specific order or service will not exceed the amount paid for that order or service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Force Majeure
Fix2Spares is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, natural events, labour disputes, war, government restrictions, customs action, power or network failure, or supply-chain interruption.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Maharashtra may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory rights to approach a consumer commission or another authority under applicable law. 14. Changes
