Refund and Returns Policy
This policy explains how Fix2Spares handles returns, replacements, and refunds for spare parts, repair-related products, and industrial/electronic components.
Return Window
Customers should contact Fix2Spares within 7 days of delivery if an item is incorrect, damaged in transit, defective on arrival, or materially different from the product ordered.
Return Eligibility
- The item should be unused, uninstalled, and returned with original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoice where applicable.
- Electrical parts, control boards, CPUs, industrial cards, special-order items, and installed components may be restricted from return unless verified defective or incorrectly supplied.
- Items damaged by improper installation, misuse, incorrect voltage, physical modification, or customer handling are not eligible for refund.
How to Request a Return
Contact Fix2Spares with your order number, product name, photos or videos showing the issue, and a short explanation. We will review the request and provide return instructions where approved.
Inspection and Approval
Returned items are inspected before refund or replacement approval. If the returned item is not in acceptable condition or does not match the approved return reason, the request may be rejected or adjusted.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank. Shipping, customs, handling, and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Replacements
Where available, Fix2Spares may offer a replacement instead of a refund for incorrect, damaged, or defective items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was incorrect, damaged on arrival, or confirmed defective due to our error. Use trackable shipping for approved returns.
